WTB 600cc track bike, ATL ($3,500)

Help me out guys. I am needing to get a track bike in decent/ridable condition befor March 1. Here is what I am looking for.

2001~or newer, fuel injected at the least.
Suzuki or Yamaha 600cc, other makes may be considered.
Street or Track ready, title dosen't matter
Under 10,000 miles
Most I can spend is $3,500 right now.
Has to be in GA or at least close, unless seller likes to travel.
