Dear Members,

This message has been long in coming, but it is with great pleasure that I announce to all of you that we reached an agreement with NESBA! Effective immediately, N2 will accept handoff of all operational aspects of NESBA track days. While we're all taking a moment to catch our breath, we're now tasked with completing all of our operational work such as posting our schedule, website conversion, event registration, member forum, and preparing for our very first event. I want to thank you for your continued patience during this process.

Before I continue, I want to take a moment and express how truly touched all of us feel here at N2. From the moment we emerged, the public outpouring, private messages, phone calls, and e-mails were beyond anything we could have ever imagined. Your messages, well wishes, and overwhelming willingness to support this cause, gives us the power we need to see this through to conclusion. More importantly, you demonstrated to us that this is worth fighting for.

I'm proud to state that we have a very talented, professional, and experienced team here that is looking forward to serving the motorcycle community. Our organization will be comprised entirely of volunteers and we intend on creating an environment that is based on collaboration, communication (both internal and external), and operating with a high degree of transparency. When you attend an N2 track event, you will see many familiar faces. Many of the N2 volunteers are former NESBA control riders who have devoted their time and energy to this sport, but with a completely new management team that is customer focused. We've decided that we're taking track days back to what they used to be.

The N2 mission statement is simple: provide a safe and structured riding environment for sportbike riders of all levels. Our staff is comprised of many club-racers and track day riders who are articulate and passionate about this sport. We want you to enjoy your riding experience while also honing your skills and inspiring confidence in your riding ability.

One of the most difficult aspects of our negotiations was how to best serve the NESBA members that have suffered financially. While we are not party to this issue, our management team and investors feel it important to honor much of what NESBA could not fulfill. N2 will honor: season pass holders, existing event registrations, and allow members to apply NESBA credits during registration. Up to 1/2 the registration fee may be paid for with credits. We will also honor the Elite program pricing and will be waiving membership fees.

We have worked feverishly with many of the racetracks to sort out contracts and secure our schedule for 2014. While we will continue to cultivate and expand this schedule, I am pleased to announce that we've secured 31 track days for this year. Additionally, we are committed to working with other organizations to expand the tracks and dates available to our members.

N2 is re-branding the existing NESBA web site, event registration system, and even the member forum. So while this is a completely new organization, you'll quickly feel right at home with all of your account information completely preserved. All of your existing registration information, emergency contacts, bike number, and credits will be right there where you left them. It is our intent to make this transition as simple as it can be. Our new home will be located at http://www.n2td.org and will be live on Monday, March 17th. If you have any questions about N2, event registrations, or general questions, please email us at support@n2td.org.

I am also happy to announce that N2 will kick things off with a 3-day event at Road Atlanta, April 18-20th! It's been a long winter and we know many of you want to ride; and so do we. Our staff will be out in full force and we look forward to 3 days of fun and sunshine. We'll have the barbecues lit-up to host our first meet and greet. We hope you can join us. Registration will open Monday, March 17th.

During this transition, we will continue to provide updates as our systems are updated. Please contact us with any questions you may have and we look forward to a very exciting 2014 riding season.

Thank you for all of your support.

Regards,

Robert Cichielo, President & CEO

Great news and really good job taking things to the next level.
Very happy to be part of this and to continue to support and grow with everyone.
I was always told you guys are the best....

Congratulations!!

I know I and others are still wary but let's go forward with positive thoughts. It will be good to see familiar faces. I look forward to that first event. Maneuvering the rig, shouts to fellow pit mates, registration, sessions of fun and learning, good food and full stomach, bad jokes and good friends to share it all with. Who's with me?

Thanks guys for all of your efforts. I can't even begin to imagine what had to happen behind the scenes for you guys to turn this around so quickly. I am very happy to know that I will still be able to ride with such a great group of people. See you at the track!
