I can't quite tell from the pictures but it doesn't look that bad. If the bike meets all the safety technicals and is mechanically sound I would say leave it till after the track day is over or just leave it the way it is and make it a dedicated track bike.
Think something is trying to keep me from going to the track. This just happened last night in Columbia, Md. Hope it can be fixed by the 5th.

I wouldn't hit the panic button yet, it can be as simple as slightly loose coolant hose clamp or you have to much coolant in your overflow bottle...

Just don't go over 88 mph and you will be fine.It could also be the flux capacitor, the stock kawi's tend to be fragile compared to the aftermarket FC's.
