I'm 5-1 with a 27" inseam. I ride an 06 gsxr 600. I took an electric knife to the seat foam. There's more I can cut out (and should) but just never got around to it. I rode a friend's 05 r-6 last fall. Had to have someone help with take-offs and landings. Otherwise it was fine. Yep...

We rode day trips around Phoenix a few Febs ago. Temps ranged from lower 30's to upper 60's over the course of one day. We put a Goldwing through its paces in wet, snow, and ice conditions. If you keep in mind that higher elevations will probably have more winter-like conditions, you'll be ok.
