My current project, my 07 R1 that I'm turning into a dedicated track bike. It will be ready for next season. Just ordered a complete slider kit. Waiting to hear back from GP Tech to order a fairing stay. Then it's on to bodywork. Other than that, it's bone stock right now. Next big upgrade will be suspension.

I know what you mean. I'm putting my 929 up for sale soon. I will miss her, but I just don't ride her much anymore. I prefer the 600 for the track, and the riding position has become too uncomfortable for me for long street rides.
