Havn't had much time to post up on the forums lately, so I just wanted to drop a super-quick update.
The spring and early summer have been very very busy, and I have spent most of my time in the paint booth, and with an airbrush or paint gun in my hand. Despite my lack of posting, we are producing new projects every day, sometimes several times a day.
AGAIN, if I am not able to respond as quickly as you like, I greatly apologize. The nature of my work really makes it difficult to be on the computer or phone as much as I'd like to be. For many hours of the day, I have a paint respirator mask and suit on, and am in a loud, windy paint booth. Even when I'm not on a tight deadline in the paint booth, we have loud air-compressors at the shop, and I am often airbrushing, pinstripping, or have some kind of brush in my hand. Latex gloves don't work too well on the iphone touch-screen.
I have tried to fight off having a full-time receptionist or office manager, as that cost would probably eventually trickle into the paint work and be passed along, but we will probably be trying this part time, just to provide more rapid communication on the small stuff (tracking numbers, product costs ect).
I great appreciate every and all opportunities to work with you guys, and would love to be able to discuss all project ideas with you. Again, if I can't respond right away, please just understand I probably have 10 things in my hand, 2 people on hold on the phone, and a FedEx driver at the front door.
I know its a PIA sometimes from the client perspective, but if you can sometimes send a follow-up message, or call back the next day ect, I will do my best to make more office hours.
